I have just completed the four-day Zero to Million Pathway challenge with Riccardo Proetto, Silvia Pistolesi, and Lisa Kalmin, and I’m genuinely glad I took the time to be present. What stood out immediately was the quality of the container. Each session unfolded at a brisk pace, and while the work was intensive, there was little sense of being rushed toward conclusions or outcomes. The pacing allowed ideas around leadership, structure, and business architecture to be expressed and explored rather than becoming overwhelming. The additional VIP sessions, in particular, created space for quieter reflection, where questions could be held longer, revealing what mattered personally as well as collectively. The framing of business as a living system, rather than a set of tactics to be optimized, resonated deeply. Leadership was approached as something that emerges from clarity, coherence, and alignment over time, not from performance or pressure. The introduction of the Million Dollar Pathway app was also handled with care. As a custom ChatGPT extension designed for business infrastructure and systems analysis, it didn’t feel like a replacement for thinking, but a support for it. Used well, it encourages better questions, a meaningful compression of time, and—importantly—more coherent decision-making. Overall, the challenge felt grounded, well-held, and respectful of the intelligence and lived experience of those participating. I came away with useful insights, a clearer sense of orientation, and a genuine appreciation for the steadiness with which Riccardo, Silvia, and Lisa hold the work they offer.
